Geil browning, Ph.D.
Geil Browning, Ph.D., is an author, educator, researcher, speaker and businesswoman. She is the CEO & Owner of Emergenetics® International and The Browning Group International, Inc. In 2003 she was named Colorado's Outstanding Entrepreneurial Businesswomen of the Year.
Dr. Browning started her career as a teacher and became an elementary school principal at the age of 26. Her lifelong passion of learning led her to study brain dominance and later to develop the Emergenetics® and STEP® profiles. In addition she founded ICAN, Inc., which sponsors two highly acclaimed executive development programs and is a founding board member of the Kenyan Children Foundation.
Dr. Browning received her doctorate from the University of Nebraska, where she was an adjunct associate professor, and has completed post-doctorial studies at Harvard University.
Arthur Gillman, M.Sc. (Econometrics & Research Methodology)
Arthur Gillman is the president of Delphi Consultative Surveys & Research (International) Ltd. Delphi undertakes contract research for selected clients in North America and abroad. He taught Econometrics and Research Methodology for the faculty of Graduate Studies & Research at the University of Manitoba. He is the founding director of the Manitoba Bureau of Statistics (Chief Statistician of Manitoba).
