Our Story
I originally thought this idea started in 11 th grade when I knew I wanted to help create great companies. But I was wrong. The seed was planted when I was in 5 th grade after my high school attending neighbor set me task to create Kleenex flowers for her school's Pirate parade.
My neighbor would pay me in the currency of stuffed animals. To me, this was the highest source of payment possible. I, in turn hired all of my classmates in exchange for each of them feeling like they were part of something larger than themselves. To them, this was the highest source of payment possible at our school.
I learned from this simple exercise that if the currency in which people are paid for services matches with their needs and desires, you can easily build trust, loyalty and have them produce according to your vision.
Through many years of working on businesses (over 1000) and my MBA I researched my ideas on beliefs, communication, and needs (undercurrents of human behavior, productivity and organizational structure). My thesis provided validity for a new business paradigm, which supports corporate transformation and innovation. I am honored to be able to offer this technology to create sustainable market leaders ingrained with the capacity to deal with unrelenting change.
What we want to achieve originates from a single thought.
